Grounded in real customer insight, this redesign was driven by interviews and surveys we conducted that revealed what Briggs’ actual clients value most about Briggs. Those findings shaped every aspect of the site re-design, from messaging and structure to visuals and flow to create a customer-focused experience that reflects Briggs’s expertise, culture, and commitment. Supported by a custom photo and video shoot, every detail was intentional, authentic, and built to connect.
